The thing is this, North America needs input (new adults to make childen) from the Old World to survive and live.

Vietnamese move to Cali, Texas, Ontario, BC and Quebec to run businesses and even run the Navy.

That is crazy amazing after 51 years.

So the thing is that Vietnamese are actually welcomed by the existing white population as their population need balanced minded Vietnamese to stop wars and contain them.

Maybe a Navy commander can balance both parties with good results.

So yes. Learn English to try to live in areas were work is paramount into keeping the world running.
