Not that the noun may be ommitted when it is understood from the context, as in the last example below.<\/p>\n<p>EXAMPLES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They have <strong>as many children a<\/strong>s we do.<\/li>\n<li>We have <strong>as many customers as<\/strong> they do.<\/li>\n<li>Tom has <strong>as few books as<\/strong> Jane.<\/li>\n<li>There are <strong>as few houses in his village as<\/strong> in mine.<\/li>\n<li>You know <strong>as many people as<\/strong> I do.<\/li>\n<li>I have visited the States <strong>as many times as<\/strong> he has.<\/li>\n<li>I have three brothers. That&#8217;s <strong>as many as<\/strong> you have. (&#8220;brothers&#8221; is understood)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS<\/p>\n<p>Use<em> as much<\/em> or<em> as little<\/em> with uncountable nouns. I had <strong>as much as<\/strong> I want.
